    Chaired by the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership, join a panel of industry leaders and experts as they discuss how the growth of the Humber’s clean energy industry will benefit more than just the environment. What opportunities will an energy regeneration bring to you and the area you live in?

    Chair:

    Kishor Tailor  is the Chief Executive of the Humber LEP Team where he has a key role in developing and delivering the strategy for growth of the Humber region.

    Speakers:

    Emma Toulson is Ørsted’s Lead Stakeholder Advisor in the UK. It is a strategic role concerned with working with regional and local government, skills, innovation and supply chain as the offshore wind projects continue to be constructed and operated. In her previous role she has worked both in public and private sectors developing strategy and delivering projects around the benefits and opportunity which the offshore wind sector can bring to regions. Her experience has been around supporting inward investors, education & training, improvements in environment and infrastructure as well as supporting supply chains in their efforts to obtain further work in the sector. At present, Emma is the nominated manager of the Places (Clusters) workstream in the Offshore Wind Sector Deal development.

    Charlotte Mummery  is a PHD student at the University of Hull. She is researching fracking in Yorkshire in terms of its social licence and societal implications.

    Ben George  is the Director of Aura. Through collaboration across the sectors, he ensures Aura delivers value-adding innovation to research & development, skills and the supply chain in the offshore wind and renewables industries.
